THE MIVOISIN ESTATE

The Mivoisin Estate is to be found in the Gâtinais region in France adjacent to the Sologne and Puisaye. The Estate is exceptional in its size of 10,000 acres of Farms, Woodlands and Lakes, as well as a large number of natural plant species and wild animals that could only be found in such a large protected area.

The Estate is also exceptional in the range of traditional buildings that have been restored and carefully maintained within this landscape setting.

The principal management objective on the Estate is to balance on the one hand the commercial aspects of farming the land, maintaining the woodlands and running the shooting, and at the same time undertaking the Nature Conservation and restoration of buildings.

This objective has been successfully achieved with the support and commitment of the team of the Estate staff and local craftsman which gives Mivoisin its unique character.
