FARMING

A Farm staff of eight run the Farm at Mivoisin with 4,000 acres of arable cropping and 1,000 of pasture and conservation land intended for wildlife conservation, encouraging the diversity of natural species.

The main arable crops grown at Mivoisin are wheat, barley and oil seed rape, as well as sugar beet, sunflower and beans, with all these crops being sold and transformed locally.
